Exchanges and returns

14 days return service for products without defect :

• Some customers find it difficult to order something over the phone or the Internet.
  It may happen that after receiving the package that the size or color is not good.
  You can return the it , within 7 days of receipt,  without giving any reason.
  The purchase price will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
   
• The consumer is responsible for sending its returned products.
• The returned product must be properly packaged and to be returned in the original packaging without damage or use.
• Make a copy of your purchase (invoice) and send it along with your return package.
• Failure to comply with these conditions Topproducts.be may refuse to accept the returned package.
• The shipping costs for returning to the consumer.
