• Microwire®heating elements : Lifetime warranty, no matter how often or how long you have used it.
  The warranty is not valid if the product is no longer in the original condition.
  For example, if any adjustments are made ​​to the product.
   
• Temperature controllers, electrical components accessories : 3 years warranty
  The warranty is not valid if the product is no longer in the original condition.

Defects will be repaired free of charge, you pay only the shipping costs.
Note ! Expect a period of 4 to 6 weeks for the repair.

14 days return service for products without defect :

• Some customers find it difficult to order something over the phone or the Internet.
